Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary by destination:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. Orders to Brazil may take up to 110 days due to local customs procedures.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled through trusted global carriers including USPS, ePacket, YunExpress, and other international logistics partners depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If your order shows no tracking movement beyond:
- 45 days from the shipping date (US orders)
- 60 days from the shipping date (all other countries)

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, EvarisLuxe is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Weather or natural events
- Carrier disruptions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@evarisluxe.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your order and provide a resolution.
Note: If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, a non-delivery certification from your carrier or postal authority may be required to process a claim.
