Refund & Return Policy

At EvarisLuxe, every order is fulfilled with care. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

Please review all product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@evarisluxe.com with clear photo or video evidence showing the defect and its impact on the product's functionality.

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement product shipped at no cost

Note: If packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact and functioning, we are unable to process a refund.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or are missing part of your order, contact us with:

  • Clear photos of the received item and original packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A description of the issue (wrong size, color, or item)

Upon confirmation, a full refund or replacement will be issued within 5–10 business days.

Order Delays

If your order shows no movement or remains undelivered beyond:

  • 45 days from the shipping date (US orders)
  • 60 days from the shipping date (all other countries)
  • 110 days (Brazil orders)

Please contact us and we will investigate and arrange a resend or refund at our discretion.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, a non-delivery certification from your carrier or postal authority is required to process a claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellations cannot be processed. Print-on-demand and pre-order items cannot be canceled once payment is made.

Refund Eligibility Window

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original payment date. Orders older than 90 days are ineligible regardless of the reason.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 24 hours of verification and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Beauty and personal care products (opened or used)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

European Union Customers

"EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please initiate a return through your account or contact us directly. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Items must be returned in their original condition."
