At EvarisLuxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Jewelry and accessories for hygiene reasons (unless defective)

How To Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at@evarisluxe.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, EvarisLuxe will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@evarisluxe.com with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
